What is mAhbattery's return policy?

We offer a 14 day return period. Returns are eligible on new unused items which are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Customer has 14 days from date of delivery to request a return. All the original packaging, materials, etc. must be included as this is considered part of the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a service with tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Our original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable. Attempts to return used items will be rejected and may impact your refund.

How do I get help for an item damaged in transit?

If you received an item which was damaged in transit, please email us ( immediately upon delivery with photos or video of the damage. Our customer service team will work with you on an individual case basis.

How do I get help with a defective (DOA) cell?

If you received a battery which is DOA (completely dead, 0 voltage, will not accept a charge whatsoever), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Cells which are defective may be returned for a replacement. Batch/serial numbers will be checked and matched to ensure the product originated from Attempts to return used or damaged cells (claimed to be DOA) will be rejected and recycled. When the item is received and confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be shipped at our expense.

Please contact us within 14 days of order delivery date. Use the contact form to provide your name, email address, order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will work with you on an individual case basis.

How long does it take to get a refund back on my credit/debit card?

If you're wondering how long it'll take to get a credit/debit card refund, there's no easy answer. It can be a few days or even a few months, depending on what triggered the refund request and your card company's refund policies. We will issue refunds within three business days of receiving the return, leaving the balance between you and your card company.
